Getting Started:

Reach out through our Contact Us page or give us a call. Our team will review your inquiry to ensure it aligns with our firm’s services and year-round support model. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule an appointment with one of our accountants. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete a brief intake form.

If you’re meeting with us in person, please bring your last two years’ tax returns and any documents you’d like us to review. For business owners, financial statements or year-to-date reports are also helpful. Most clients choose to upload documents securely through our online portal before or after their meeting.

Fees vary depending on the complexity of your return or business needs. We’ll provide an estimate after reviewing your situation during the initial conversation.
Document Delivery & Digital Tools:

After your appointment, you’ll receive a secure link to our client portal where you can safely upload all files. You can also drop them off at our office if preferred.

You can review and sign your tax return digitally from your home or office — or, if you prefer, we’ll walk you through electronic signing in our office. Completed returns are securely stored in your portal for easy future access.

Yes! We provide secure, convenient digital payment options for all services.
For tax return engagements:
New and returning clients receive a secure digital engagement letter that requests their preferred payment method. Your information is protected and won’t be charged until your return is finalized.For one-time or advisory services:
We’ll send you an electronic invoice that can be paid securely by ACH or your preferred card. You can also pay anytime through our website by selecting the “Pay Online” button.
