Getting Started:

Start by reaching out through our Contact Us page or by calling our office. We review all new inquiries to ensure alignment with our services and year-round support model. If it appears to be a good fit, we’ll schedule an initial phone consultation to better understand your needs and determine next steps.

After we’ve confirmed we’re a good fit, you may choose to meet with us in person or continue the conversation by phone. If you’re meeting in person, please bring your last two years’ tax returns and any documents you’d like us to review. For business owners, recent financial statements or year-to-date reports are especially helpful.
Many clients choose to upload documents securely through our online portal before or after their meeting to ensure a smooth and efficient review.

Our fees begin at a set starting point and increase based on the complexity of your financial situation and the time required to address it properly. During our initial conversation, we’ll share our starting fees and discuss where your return is likely to fall based on your specific needs.
Document Delivery & Digital Tools:

After your consultation, you’ll receive a secure link to our client portal, where documents can be uploaded safely and efficiently. We encourage digital submission whenever possible to streamline review and communication. If needed, documents may also be dropped off at our office.

You can review and sign your tax return digitally from your home or office. Completed returns are securely stored in your portal for easy future access.

Yes. We offer secure, convenient digital payment options for all services.
For tax return engagements:
New and returning clients receive a secure digital engagement letter that includes a request for their preferred payment method. Payment information is encrypted and will not be processed until your return has been completed.For one-time or advisory services:
You’ll receive an electronic invoice that can be paid securely by ACH or credit card.
